Love, Jennifer

Love, Jennifer is a project that pivots on notions of intense celebrity fandom, fantasy and ranking. I made a list of my top ten favourite male celebrities and the reasons I like each of them. It is my Hollywood boyfriends list. 

The ten faces are printed on wall mounted plaques, reiterating the idea of thingness and trophy. The observer is invited to handle the work. On the back is a printed fan letter explaining my imagined relationship with each of them. 

Love Jennifer exaggerates the fascination with and feelings of familiarity towards celebrities.
