“867-5309" is the title of a 1981 Tommy Tutone song that was on a compilation record my parents bought me at that time. I was mildly impressed with the song simply because my name was in the chorus. For many of my generation, the phone number has become a melody.” Consequently, this show includes a series of portraits, anecdotes, and an artist book that reflects on the theme of music's intertwined relationship with visual art.
